In September, industry leaders from across the globe gathered in San Francisco for the Customer Support Summit. We were proud to have our own Brian Rule take the stage for a fireside chat titled “From Scripts to Strategy: Empowering Your Customer Support Team.” Brian, with his nearly a decade of experience at SmartRecruiters, shared his vision for a customer support function that is as strategic as it is efficient.
