Q: Could you briefly introduce yourself and explain your current role and responsibilities?

Hello, my name is Marcin Markusik. I joined the Finance Team, and I’m responsible for all tax-related topics here.

Q: How would you describe the experience of participating in the recruitment process for SmartRecruiters?

The recruitment process was smooth and well-organized. The SmartRecruiters recruiting tool made booking interviews very convenient. I also received feedback, which I appreciated. It took just a few days from the first contact with the recruiter to getting hired.

Q: What attracted you to our company?

I was drawn to the company for a few reasons:

A clear and detailed job posting
A quick response to my application
A straightforward interview process

The expectations were clearly explained in the job offer, which made the process efficient and transparent. It helped avoid wasting time — definitely a green flag!

Q: How has the company culture influenced your work experience?

The company culture keeps work interesting with varied tasks that help me learn and grow. Plus, there are great resources and support for development, making it a great place to improve my skills.

Q: Which of our new values do you think plays the biggest role in your day-to-day work? How?

The value that plays the biggest role in my daily work is "Solve the biggest problems."
That doesn’t mean we ignore the details - of course not! It means putting things in perspective and focusing on what truly matters to achieve our goals.
