We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our small but busy Finance team. You will work on aspects of revenue accounting and credit collection for our customers across the globe. As we are a growing and dynamic business, you will be involved in the process’s improvement and systems implementation.

Due to the scope of responsibilities and the need to visit the office from time to time, we are looking for a person who is located in/near the city where the office is located - Kraków. 

This is a busy and varied role, mostly focused on collections and receivables management. You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Overseeing and supporting our automated collection process
  • Invoicing and revenue recognition accounting
  • Receivables management
  • GL reconciliations
  • Audit support
  • Management reporting (Aging, DSO, etc.)

You will be also involved in many other finance operations for our headquarters in San Francisco and entities in Krakow, Berlin, London, and Paris.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of multinational accounting experience (AR, OTC, Collection)
  • Good working knowledge of accounts receivables processes 
  • Energetic and engaged personality willing to learn
  • Fluent English
  • Strong IT, database/spreadsheet skills required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
