Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our small but busy Finance team. You will work on revenue accounting and credit collection for our customers across the globe. As we are a growing and dynamic business, you will be involved in the improvement of the process and system implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who is open to occasional in-office collaboration in our Kraków office. While much of the work can be done remotely, we value the opportunity to come together in person for key meetings, team activities, or project discussions.

This is a busy and varied role, mostly focused on collections and receivables management. You will be mainly responsible for:

• Overseeing and supporting our automated collection process
• Invoicing and revenue recognition accounting
• Receivables management
• GL reconciliations
• Audit support
• Management reporting (Aging, DSO, etc.)

You will also be involved in many other finance operations for our headquarters in San Francisco and entities in Krakow, Berlin, London, Paris, and Sydney.

• 2+ years of multinational accounting experience (AR, OTC, Collection)
• Good working knowledge of accounts receivables processes 
• Energetic and engaged personality willing to learn
• Fluent English
• Strong IT, database/spreadsheet skills required
• Strong problem-solving skills
