Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our small but busy Fiinance team. You will work on all aspects of revenue accounting and credit collection for our customers across the globe. As we are a growing and dynamic business, you will be involved in the processes improvement and systems implementation.

This is a busy and varied Management Accountant role. You will be mainly responsible for:

• overseeing all Accounts Receivable and collection processes
• invoicing and revenue recognition accounting
• GL reconciliations
• audits support
• management reporting

You will be also involved in many other finance operations for our headquarters in San Francisco and entities in Krakow, Berlin, London and Paris.

• 2+ years of multinational accounting experience (AR, OTC, Collection)
• Good working knowledge of accounts receivables processes 
• Energetic and engaged personality wiling to learn
• Fluent English
• Strong IT, database/spreadsheet skills required
• Strong problem solving skills
