- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the CEO.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, aiding in decision-making processes across various business initiatives.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize team OKRs and performance metrics, working with the team to identify areas for improvement
- Lead the development and communication of the project, program and portfolio management strategy and guidelines
- Oversee the delivery of top priority projects/programs globally, ensuring that they meet the scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Proactively identify, track, prioritize, address and monitor project risk/issues as they arise throughout the project life-cycle including potential changes to project scope, and propose contingency plans
- Collaborate and liaise with the senior leadership team on cross-departmental projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and project teams
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify, manage and help to resolve complex and escalated issues within the organization.
- Develop a PMO Knowledge Base for the Global PMO Processes, Methods, and Tools. Define and document PMO Processes, Project Deliverables with RACI and create golden templates and governance processes that align with organizational vision and mission

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent certification in project management.
- Strong leadership skills with a capacity for managing, directing, and influencing others in a matrixed org structure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; you're biased towards quantitative and qualitative data and like to share your analyses
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
