We are seeking a Customer Community Program Manager to build out and manage our customer community and engagement programs. In this global role, you will partner with all parts of the business to generate excitement about using SmartRecruiters to drive Hiring Success. You will build innovative and engaging programs that bring our customers together wherever they are - online, virtually, or in person.
What you’ll deliver:
A customer community that builds relationships, drives product adoption, boosts customer retention, and increases brand awareness.
A growing membership of delighted customers who find value in the community.
An empowering and fun community voice.
A community-centered culture throughout SmarRecruiters.
Day-to-day operations that ensure community posts and questions are responded to in a timely manner.
Analysis to show the engagement and health of the community, program performance, and progress towards KPIs.
Knowledge of industry trends to help inform community strategy.

3+ years of experience building engagement and driving adoption in a customer community, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Customer obsession with a passion for building welcoming and inclusive communities.
Experience in owning the day-to-day operations for managing, moderating, and scaling online communities.
Passion for building welcoming and inclusive communities, and delivering value to customers with varying participation motivators.
Creative, organized, and a true “people person” who loves building authentic relationships and understands how to create brand advocacy programs that support them.
Experience with the Vanilla community platform is a plus.
