SmartRecruiters is seeking a Gainsight Administrator to create the architecture, configuration and advancement of our Gainsight environment. Including building out the journey orchestrator, creating and building playbooks, setup of dashboard reports that meet the needs of our stakeholders, build out data queries and rules to facilitate programs, playbooks, drive adoption and impact.
We are looking for a self-motivated, success driven individual who can work well both independently and in a cross-team environment. You must be able to interpret complex business requirements and convert them into data models, reporting and Gainsight workflows.
Responsibilities
This individual will automate and optimize our Customer Journey in Gainsight to increase impact across our Customer Success Alliance Organization. In this role, you will operationalize the customer journey in Gainsight by connecting our journey, with gainsight best practices, customer use carses, facilitate and curate assets as well as drive the analytics to drive employee adoption and satisfaction. In this role you will:
- Responsible for the administration, configuration and maintenance of Gainsight for the Customer Success Alliance organization.
- Enable easy to access customer data by designing and advancing Gainsight dashboards and reports to meet end-user requirements.
- Create customer-centric collaboration by consistently program managing, collaborating, and communicating cross-functionally to drive execution of advancing our Customer Journey.
- Capture business requirements from key stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams that may be impacted by changes proposed.
- Increase impact of the Customer Success team by preparing and curating end user documentation and training (e.g. Gainsight Job Aids, Gainsight Demos, maintaining the Customer Journey process, creation of certification materials).
- Provide technical and functional support to users of Gainsight and related applications.
- Design, measure, monitor usage and adoption metrics to drive effectiveness and impact for continuous improvement.

- Minimum 3 years of Gainsight experience
- Demonstrate use of - Rules Engine to automate attributes, Scorecards and CTAs.
- Strong understanding on Scorecards with various measures.
- Strong knowledge of creating reports and dashboards and sharing groups.
- Ability to implement Journey Orchestrator
- Ability to work with various Gainsight Objects including Standard and Custom Objects.
- Configure and optimize Gainsight to internal customers (including integrations, reports, dashboards, and workflows).
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions & implement solutions using features like Data Designer, Journey Orchestrator, Rules engine, SFDC administration etc.
- Implementing a Gainsight instance is highly preferred
- Minimum Level 2 Gainsight Certification preferred
- Experience with advanced Tableau and salesforce.com reporting is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and process orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills; internal and external, written and verbal communication
- A desire to incorporate feedback and personally grow as a team member
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and demonstrate a bias to action
- Highly organized and the ability to manage the success of multiple projects concurrently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with colleagues across functions.

We utilize a data-driven approach in order to remove biases in our decisions. The pay range for this role in the US is $76,500 - $93,500. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. The listed pay range reflects the available annual salary budgeted for a new hire into this role. Employee salaries may extend above or below the listed range. Depending on level and location of hire, the role may be determined to be Exempt or Salaried Non-Exempt.
