RFX Consultant - Internship

About This Internship

We’re offering an exciting internship for a motivated individual who wants to build real-world experience in proposal coordination and RFX support within a dynamic, global technology company.

As an intern on our Proposal & RFX Team, you’ll play an important role in helping SmartRecruiters respond to formal requests—like RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFIs (Requests for Information), and security questionnaires—from some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll also gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, learning how different parts of the business come together to deliver winning proposals.

This role could suit graduates from degrees such as Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or Languages — but we welcome applications from all backgrounds if you have strong writing, communication, and organisational skills

What You’ll Learn & Contribute To:

• Support the coordination of proposal responses (RFX) to help SmartRecruiters win new business

• Learn how to manage timelines and project plans to ensure on-time delivery of client documents

• Assist in writing and organizing proposal content, tailored to client needs and SmartRecruiters’ values

• Gain insight into collaboration across departments, including Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance

• Help maintain a library of proposal content and frequently asked questions for future use

What You’ll Learn and Work On

• Support the development of internal resources and best practices for the RFX team

• Learn to use SmartRecruiters and other internal tools to manage tasks and updates

• Support the coordination of proposal responses to help SmartRecruiters win new business

• Manage timelines and organise content, building skills in project coordination and attention to detail

• Draft and edit proposal materials in French and English to showcase our solutions

• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing, gaining exposure to different parts of the business

• Maintain and improve our library of content and templates

By the end of your internship, you’ll have practical experience in communication, teamwork, and project management.

Who You Are

• Currently studying or recently graduated—no specific field required. We welcome diverse backgrounds and interests.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

• Fluent writing and speaking in French and English (German is a plus!)

• Interested in project coordination, technology, or recruitment

• Excited to work in a fast-paced, international environment

• Comfortable balancing different tasks and priorities
