Scrum Master

What you will do:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
• Support Product Owner in developing, maintaining and grooming Product Backlog
• Identify and manage dependencies with internal or external teams
• Provide metrics and status to senior management
• Support/collaborate with team members to implement Agile/Scrum best practices
• Cooperate with our San Francisco based team in different cycles of product development

What experience/skills are we looking for:

• 3+ years as a SCRUM Master / Project Manager
• Extensive experience in project management principles and Agile development methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with metrics, KPI’s, operations, and the complete product development lifecycle required
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• Strong communication skills. 
• Proficient level of English (both verbal and written)
• Team player
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
