SmartRecruiters is expanding our proposal organization and seeking an RFX Consultant who has a track record of being a key contributor to winning new and large complex opportunities. Our team works collaboratively with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, Solution Architects, our product team, and other organizations to strategize and develop compelling proposals for some of the world's top brands.
As RFX Consultant, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop a great depth of knowledge of a region and practice area and help develop strategies to position the firm for success. The RFX Consultant also supports the end-to-end process for delivering large, complex, or multiple
proposals, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
What you'll Deliver:
- As RFX Consultant, you are also a Project Manager for each submission, where you will lead the end-to-end process of developing large, complex, or multiple proposals, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Develop and write detailed RFP responses that pertain to composite performance, organizational information, assets under management, and product-specific data
- Maintain a clear understanding of current product capabilities and value statements that can be incorporated into proposals
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales field teams in an ongoing effort to enhance responses based on team learnings
- Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of RFP templates and creation of document library and FAQs
- Create and manage the internal process to develop proposals, including obtaining key information from a variety of departments, including executive, legal, and finance
- Manage internal document response timelines - driven by Service Level Agreements per the SmartRecruiters RFX process - to meet all prospects' requirements
- Use information and knowledge gathered to enhance sales training, sales collateral, and interdepartmental knowledge
- Coordinate strategy, approach, and deliverables for each response with the pursuit team
- Prepare reports used to track RFX information
- Knowledge of the SmartRecruiters platform is a plus

We are open to candidates with differing backgrounds. You could already be a seasoned RFP professional, or you might be a Recruiter, or a Recruitment Admin looking to enter the TA Technology world, or you excel in Project Management. More important than your background is that you possess the following:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Stellar written communication: you'll be crafting tender-winning responses, so this is key
- Fluent in written communication in French and/or German will stand out
- Ability to set priorities for others and drive progress toward a shared goal with a diverse group of stakeholders and within agreed upon Service Level Agreements
- Ability to understand and absorb technical concepts
- A growth mindset and desire to look for improvements in processes and systems
SmartRecruiters strives to offer equitable and engaging compensation to our employees across the globe as we always seek to attract, motivate, and retain the right talent. We utilize a data-driven approach in order to remove biases in our decisions. The pay range for this role in the US is $64,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. The listed pay range reflects the available annual salary budgeted for a new hire into this role. Employee salaries may extend above or below the listed range. Depending on level and location of hire, the role may be determined to be Exempt or Salaried Non-Exempt.
