Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join the Data Intelligence group - we are working on the industry's most advanced NLP and ML problems related to the recruiting industry. Our goal? Simple as that - boosting the efficiency of recruiting and hiring teams and creating the most personalized candidate experience ever.

What you will do:

• Shape the development of state-of-the-art products in the field of Machine Learning
• Participate in the full life-cycle of the product (including ideation, problem discovery, prototyping, design, implementation, and measuring adoption)
• Work directly with the NLP engine, including all research and development stages of the NLP models

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field
• Experience in the development of machine learning-based systems
• Knowledge of NLP methods and techniques
• Familiarity with one or more deep learning libraries (e.g. Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc.), as well as ML libraries (e.g. sklearn)
• Knowledge of NLP libraries (e.g. spaCy, FastText) is a plus
• Experience with data quality processes is a plus 
• Good Python programming skills
• Some experience with Python web frameworks is a plus
• Ability to quickly prototype solutions and perform critical analysis
• Creativity and initiative when it comes to solving complex problems
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Experience with developing chatbots is a big plus

• You have a very good level of English (both verbal and written)
